Last weekend, kami pi Toys r' Us kat Avenue K. Saja je nak bawak Harith jalan2 over the weekend. Nasib baik gak la tgh musim Mega Sale ni. So Harith dapat la habuan dia, a few character from Disney Cars. Tapi kan bukan Harith sorang je dapat habuan, ayah dia pun dapat gak....
So both of us sibuk la menyiapkan this model seharian...

today (after office hour), COE office has been under attacked by Gundams. at first i thought the gundams should be the one who came to the rescue but there wasn't any raksasa bermata satu yg menyerang COE pun!!!
actually it just a gundams photoshoot by my islandmate, marjan (later came seberang highway neighbour, abe). feel free to visit marjan's blog for the pics. pics here are only the making of Strike Noir vs Freedom Gundam.

Trip to Perth, Australia - Day 5
|
|
Wake up early and was stunned bila nampak blue lining in the sky. Dengan belum cuci muka, sambar camera.
It was a nice sunny day till afternoon. Later as expected, hujan sampai petang. Since there's no meeting, only seminar, everything turns up ending by 3 pm. Since its Friday, and its our last day here before going back tomorrow, apa lagi... went out shopping cum merayau la. Dalam hujan redah semacam jek.
During dinner time, decided to have steak. WA is known with popular steak or seafood. Called few restaurant but all fully booked. Later we settle for seafood at Simon's Seafood in Northbridge. Just the 5 of us. Food was great with BIG portion. We really enjoyed the food.

Trip to Perth, Australia - Day 4
|
|
Today, since all the evaluation review dah settle, so everything was a bit relax. More on summary and feedback.
Lunch today hosted by our HOD, the Deputy Governor of BNM. Mana lagi kalau bukan this Oleh Oleh Restaurant. Food was good as usual, and the get together was great.
In the afternoon, managed to visit Fremantle. It is small town downsouth of Perth. Byk sgt promo dlm brochure, kami pun pegi la tgk apa ada sana. Frankly, IMHO nothing to shout. It's a quiet town with port. Therefore, byk la benda2 marine ni. Ada Marine Museum etc. Again, hujan lagi.
At night, managed to go to Burswood. A place popular for its casino. Sorry guys, no pics of the casino. Camera kena banned dari bawak masuk. So, merasa la masuk casino.

Trip to Perth, Australia - Day 3
|
|
Today is the day. We will see how's the hard work before this will pay off. Initially it was a "tame" discussion. Later the discussion gets hotter and hotter. Luckily our team is well prepared and Jeremy have done a tremedous work handling questions after questions. In the end, we did it. Mission successful. Our rating remains.
In the later afternoon, managed to scout for some goodies to be taken home.
We have an official dinner hosted by the Government of Australia in the Ballroom of the Government House. It was a great evening. Food was good, though the environment seems a bit up-tight. Formal dinner, what do you expect. But later on, here comes the entertainer which rocks the evening.
Overall, it's a great day, with a great dinner and entertainment for a closure.

Trip to Perth, Australia - Day 2
|
|
Everything was wet today. Raining on and off. Basah + sejuk = 
Dah la dari hotel nak ke PECC kena jalan around lbh krg 10 minutes. Jalan je la dalam hujan renyai.
Meeting was a bit slow, since it focus on other countries. Our turn will come 1st thing tomorrow morning. Hope everything will be ok tomorrow. Harap tak teruk la kena belasah dengan other countries.
During lunch managed to go out for a lunch in a Restaurant owned by a Malaysian called Oleh-Oleh. The owner ni asal dari Muar tu.
After meeting since there's time, managed to take a stroll around the hotel area since it is a shopping strip lots of shop. Its around Hay St. and Barrack St. Usyar line dulu. Kedai kat Perth ni pelik, pukul 6 ptg dah tutup. EVERYDAY mcm tu, except for Friday, they closed at 9 pm.
Wished us luck for our big day tomorrow....

Trip to Perth Australia - Day 1
|
|
Attending a meeting in Perth, Australia. From 23rd till 27th July 2007.
There about 25 of us in the delegations from various agencies. We stay in different hotels around Perth. As for me, Rydges will be my home for this upcoming week.
First day, nothing much. More on introductory and get to know. Meeting will be held in Perth Exhibition and Convention Center (PECC). Macam PICC la pulak nama dia.
